Machine Operator – Food Manufacturing

Manteno, IL | $18.00–$22.00/hr | Full-Time | 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Shift

Nexus Employment Solutions Plus, Inc. is hiring Machine Operators for a food manufacturing facility in Manteno, IL. This is a great opportunity for dependable workers looking for weekly pay and full-time employment .

Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour

Pay Frequency: Weekly

Shifts: Multiple Shifts

What You’ll Do:

• Operate specialized food manufacturing equipment, including Texwrap, CASAN, Wexxar, ADCO, and Quantum systems
• Conduct operator checks and perform minor maintenance to prevent equipment issues
• Troubleshoot mechanical problems efficiently to minimize downtime
• Perform quality control checks (seal integrity, code dates, product specifications)
• Adjust machine settings to maintain high product quality
• Accurately record production data, batch timings, and machine settings
• Complete required documentation for quality assurance and production tracking
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production line efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in food manufacturing preferred
• Ability to operate complex machinery safely and efficiently
• Detail-oriented with strong focus on quality
• Reliable and able to work independently or in a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
