Salary: $99,100 - 132,100 per year Requirements:

• We typically require a degree or equivalent combined with 5+ years of relevant experience
• We require 5+ years of blended business and technology experience
• We require 3+ years of hands-on exposure to SOX and/or SOC compliance environments
• We require experience supporting SOX programs, including testing, controls, or governance work
• We require proven experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across business and technology teams
• We require experience creating reports, presentations, and strategic materials for leadership
• We require strong business analysis experience and the ability to support decision-making frameworks
• We prefer an MBA or another relevant masters degree
• We prefer experience in healthcare or another regulated industry
• We prefer strong strategic thinking and the ability to turn industry trends into actionable insights
• We prefer experience applying automation or AI concepts within compliance or risk settings
• We prefer strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and present complex ideas clearly

• We support ongoing SOX operations and key compliance initiatives across technology and business areas
• We partner with SOX, SOC, automation, architecture, and finance teams to help shape planning and execution
• We contribute to SOX-impacting projects while aligning with enterprise controls and governance standards
• We build and sustain strong relationships with cross-functional business and technology stakeholders
• We develop high-quality deliverables, including strategies, plans, and executive presentations
• We perform complex business analysis and create analytical frameworks that guide decision-making
• We assess industry trends, emerging risks, and opportunities, including automation and AI, that affect the control environment
• We help align, prioritize, and sequence compliance initiatives across teams
• We communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership through structured storytelling and data-driven presentations
• We work through ambiguity to define problems, form hypotheses, and present practical solutions
• We may take on additional duties as needed to support company goals
